Is Funda "acting up" - Page Not Found

Here are the steps to resolve the issue:

Clear the browser history

Close and re-open the browser

Navigate to Funda

Login details are not required to log a support request

Simply click, "Submit a Ticket" at the top

Select a Category

Fill in the form

Submit the form

New To Funda Helpdesk?

  • If you have logged a support request previously, then please login to view the status of your support request.
  • If you have never logged a support request, then please submit a support request.  After this process you will receive a password to login to view the status of your support request.

 

Consideration When Logging A Support Request

  • Ensure that you have followed all steps accurately before the error occured
  • Do not only use generic phrases for the description of the error, for example:
    • I cannot log in
    • I cannot access my account
  • Provide as much detail as possible:
    • What steps have you followed
    • Add the complete error message, if any, to the support request
    • Add a screenshot of the issue or error message to the support request

Please do not log a new support request each time for a previously unresolved issue, unless the request was closed.  Please log in and make use of the comment area to respond.
